Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the GhostRank service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using GhostRank on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

GhostRank provides a web-based SEO operations platform that includes site auditing, content planning, AI-assisted article generation, CMS publishing integrations, and credit-based billing. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must not share account access with users outside the permitted seat count for your plan.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at published rates in AED.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Credit top-ups are non-refundable once consumed.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features; access is restored on successful payment.
• We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

Plans include AI credits and backlink credits that reset each billing period. Unused recurring credits do not roll over. Separately purchased top-up credits expire 12 months from purchase. Credits consumed in failed operations may be refunded in accordance with the refund policy in the product documentation.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent platform rate limits.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission.

Content you generate using GhostRank (articles, plans, audit reports) remains yours. GhostRank retains ownership of the platform, UI, and underlying technology. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.

GhostRank is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or ranking outcomes. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the fees paid in that month.

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
